Returns, Exchanges & Shipping Policy

Items classified as “Ready to Deliver” are the only items eligible for exchange only ( In Kuwait ). Our delivery driver will wait at the time of delivery to allow the customer to try the item.

Items classified as “Preparation Time” are prepared upon request and are therefore not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances. Customers are kindly advised to review and confirm their measurements carefully before placing any pre-order, as these items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once the order is confirmed.

Returns are only accepted on the same day of delivery if the item is received damaged, and must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging. Delivery fees are non-refundable in all cases. All sales are considered final upon payment confirmation.

For Kuwait orders, a flat delivery fee of 2 to 3 KWD applies. However, certain areas may be subject to additional charges, which will be communicated and confirmed after the order is placed. Ready to Deliver items are processed within 24 hours, although slight delays may occur during periods of high order volume.

For international orders, shipping is handled through DHL, Aramex, and FedEx. Customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply depending on the destination country, and are the sole responsibility of the customer. Alluren Kuwait CO. shall not be held liable if the customer refuses to pay applicable customs charges or provides an incorrect or incomplete shipping address. In such cases, no refund will be issued.

Once the order has been shipped, the customer will receive a shipment confirmation email containing the tracking number.
